Professional Bio

I am a freelance web designer, and have been working with small and medium size businesses since 2000. I have a background in writing and graphic design, adding the technical skills of a web developer along the way. I currently design and build e-commerce sites, blogs, sites with content management tools, and more, using PHP, MySQL, CSS, XHTML, and the following open-source software packages:

• CMS Made Simple
• Zen Cart
• Word Press

I am a big supporter of open-source software, but also have used the full Adobe suite of software for years, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash, and InDesign. I also support recommended web standards, making sites accessible, and building search-engine friendly code.

I am available for collaboration if needed, and am always interested in hearing from freelance web developers that specialize in PHP.
