The February 2010 monthly meeting of TC Web Pros will be held on Tuesday, February 16th from 11:30 am to 1:00 p.m. Networking time is from 11:15 am to 11:30 a.m. for those who can make it a little early.

Our Topic: BuddyPress–Using Wordpress as a Social Media Hub

Have you ever been frustrated by the limitations and data sharing practices of Facebook, Ning, MySpace, Twitter, etc. when trying to utilize one of those social media hubs for your social media or advertising campaign?   

In this presentation, local Wordpress designer and developer, Toby Cryns, will show and discuss real-life examples of how Wordpress' newest in-house plugin, BuddyPress, is reshaping the social media landscape.
