Our Topic: Online Reputation Management
With all of the interaction now being done online – Twitter, Facebook, Blogs, Forums, Wiki’s, photosharing sites, etc – professionals today need to be aware of, and monitor, their own online reputation. Do other’s perceive you the same way you believe you are presenting yourself? All it takes is one negative comment or someone quoting you out of context or posting a questionable photo of you to send your reputation in a direction you didn’t intend. Come learn about what Online Reputation Management is, how to monitor it, and what to do about it if it suddenly turns into a need for crisis management. Robyn Flach of Excellanz Creative will present on the topic.
